To promote and preserve the ability of our members to practice construction management in the K-14 public school system in California. Fundamental to that mission is the need to ensure that our district clients are successful in their capital outlay program. If our clients are successful, we will be successful!
Construction management exists in response to our district clients’ need for better direction, organization, and experience in the construction and modernization of school facilities. No other profession provides the expertise needed for all aspects of the construction delivery process. From the initial pre-bond effort, to planning, design, funding, construction, and occupancy, ACCM members provide the expertise to help achieve a successful program.
